Security Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Security Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee security staff, ensure safety protocols are followed, and maintain a secure environment for our employees, visitors, and property.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, train, and coordinate security guards and staff.
• Prepare duty rosters and assign responsibilities to security personnel.
• Monitor CCTV cameras, patrol areas, and respond to incidents.
• Enforce company security policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular security inspections of premises, equipment, and access points.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain security records.
• Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergencies.
• Handle conflict resolution and ensure a safe workplace environment.
• Provide regular updates to management regarding security operations.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of security protocols, emergency procedures, and surveillance systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Minimum qualification: [10th/12th pass/Graduate – customize as per your need].
• Prior experience in security (armed/unarmed) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 per month
