Security Supervisor

The Security Supervisor will be responsible for managing the duty shifts of guards and hotel drivers under his supervision. He will provide daily patrolling schedules to guards, collect patrolling sheets, and submit them to the Security Officer along with the Daily log book and any Incident reports. It is crucial that Incident reports are filled out accurately. Additionally, the Security Supervisor will conduct briefings and debriefings for guards, ensuring proper grooming and deportment. He will also be responsible for preparing disciplinary reports as needed. Furthermore, the Security Supervisor is tasked with maintaining the monthly vehicle movement log and forwarding it to the Security Officer regularly. Interacting with the security agency for staff deployment, duty charts, and offs will also be part of the Security Supervisor's responsibilities. He will oversee the relieving schedule of deployed guards and make arrangements for their breaks. Monitoring Security Agency representatives" site visits and maintaining the Security Agency visit log are essential tasks for the Security Supervisor. Regular inspection of all duty posts, preparation of Security patrolling sheets daily, and checking and maintaining the CCTV log every hour are key duties. During busy operations, the Security Supervisor is required to be present in the front porch area, supervising valet operations. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provisions, health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule will involve day shifts, morning shifts, and rotational shifts. The work location will be on-site.,
