Key Skills:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Resolve customer issues independently and lead team members in complex incident resolution.
Manage technical escalations and participate in formal escalation processes during crises.
Conduct proactive and reactive problem management, including trend and root cause analysis.
Prepare, review, implement, and test change records, performing risk and impact analysis.
Apply patch and security changes per policy and monitor compliance.
Ensure accuracy of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) entries.
Perform routine performance, capacity, and security audits, providing reports to customers.
Troubleshoot performance-related issues on hardware and operating systems.
Work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, including weekends.
Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and documentation quality.
