Job Description

As a SAP Transportation Management (TM) Consultant at Capgemini, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and analyze transportation requirements, and then translate them into effective SAP TM solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - Configuring and customizing SAP TM modules such as planning, execution, freight settlement, and charge management. - Leading or supporting SAP TM implementation projects, from blueprinting to testing, training, and go-live activities. - Providing continuous support and enhancements to SAP TM systems to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should have: - 4 to 12 years of experience in SAP TM, with at least one full-cycle implementation under your belt. - A strong understanding of transportation planning, carrier selection, freight order management, and charge calculation. - Experience in integrating SAP TM with ECC/S4HANA and third-party logistics systems. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a proactive problem-solving approach.
