Job Description

Role Overview: At Capgemini Engineering, you will lead the design and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions across global business processes. You will define architecture standards, integration strategies, and ensure compliance with best practices. Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP OTC solutions will be a key responsibility. You will oversee end-to-end delivery including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment. Additionally, you will provide guidance on emerging SAP technologies (S/4HANA, Fiori) and drive process optimization initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions across global business processes - Define architecture standards, integration strategies, and ensure compliance with best practices - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable SAP OTC solutions - Oversee end-to-end delivery including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and deployment - Provide guidance on emerging SAP technologies (S/4HANA, Fiori) and drive process optimization initiatives Qualification Required: - 10+ years of experience in SAP OTC domain with strong architectural expertise - Extensive experience in SAP OTC processes including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Billing, and Credit Management - Hands-on expertise in SAP SD module and integration with MM, FI, and third-party systems - Proven track record in solution architecture and global template rollouts - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills - Ability to lead complex projects and deliver innovative solutions in dynamic environments Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, helping organizations to accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world, while creating tangible impact for enterprises and society.
