SAP HR Payroll & Time Functional Consultant

As part of your role at Strada, you will work closely with the Business Analyst and the client to identify their requirements and design enhancements to meet user needs. Your responsibilities will include providing functional process ownership of multiple business process areas, organizing problem-solving discussions, performing configuration work, and acting as the resident team expert for configuration issues within your areas of expertise. Additionally, you will serve as the functional integration owner, prepare functionality specifications, and ensure high-quality solutions are developed based on completed Functional Design Documents. Moreover, you will collaborate with the ABAP developers and the quality assurance team to develop and test new functionality and enhancements. You will also be responsible for ensuring knowledge transfer to functional analysts, utilizing the ASAP methodology, following design work protocols, and identifying SAP solution possibilities. Your role will involve developing specific SAP Solutions, technical specifications for system enhancements, and assisting in the preparation of Business Process Procedures, Test Scenarios, and User manuals. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 1 end-to-end implementation experience. Knowledge of ESS/MSS, Fiori, SAP Time Module, SAP HCM configuration, schema development, and compliance reporting for multiple countries is essential. You should also have experience in creating custom operations and rules, yearend activities, and support packs implementation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this position.
