Job Description

The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in SAP, with at least 3 years of hands-on specialization in SAP Direct Store Delivery (DSD). They have worked in industries such as beverages, FMCG, or food distribution, preferably with bottling operations like Coca-Cola. The candidate is proficient in SAP ECC (S/4HANA experience is considered a plus), and demonstrates strong integration knowledge with modules such as SD, LE, MM, and FI.
Fluent English is required, and Spanish is a strong asset due to the regional scope of the client. Certifications in SAP SD/DSD and ITIL Foundation are highly preferred.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

Expertise in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) processes:
Presales and van sales
Route configuration and transportation planning
Settlement and reconciliation of mobile sales
Returnable packaging (bottles, crates)
Mobile DSD (handheld integration, sync/settlement)
Strong SD customizing: deliveries, billing, pricing, returns
Cross-functional integration with logistics and finance
AMS support: incident management, change requests, root cause analysis
Clear documentation, training, and process improvement capabilities

Role Responsibilities:

Handle L2/L3 incidents and requests within DSD scope
Analyze and resolve functional issues in mobile sales processes
Collaborate with business users and technical teams
Participate in rollouts or new route deployments
Maintain configuration, documentation, and training materials
Work under ITIL processes (incident, change, problem)
