Job Description

As an experienced SAP BTP Architect at UST, you will play a crucial role in leading SAP BTP projects by designing, implementing, and supporting SAP BTP solutions for a High-Tech manufacturing company. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading the design, implementation, and support of SAP BTP solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and objectives. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for SAP BTP solutions to enhance business processes and operations. - Developing and maintaining project plans, status reports, and issue logs to manage project scope, budget, and timelines. - Ensuring the quality, stability, and scalability of SAP BTP solutions by following best practices and industry standards. - Providing guidance and support to project team members to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP architecture and design, with a focus on SAP BTP. - Experience with SAP S/4HANA and other SAP systems. - Experience in leading SAP BTP projects from inception to delivery. - Strong knowledge of CAPM, Fiori, ABAP, CI/CD, BTP Transport Management & End-to-End BTP Deployment process. - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business stakeholders and project team members. - Ability to mentor and lead project team members to ensure project success. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical challenges. In addition, as an SAP BTP Architect at UST, you will need to possess the following skills: - Proactively identifying solutions for technical issues. - Ability to estimate project effort based on the requirement. - Interface with other teams, designers, and other parallel practice; including regular follow up for any conflicts during project execution. - Create and articulate impactful technical presentations. - Drive conference calls with customers and answer customer questions. - Ability to work under pressure, determine dependencies, risks, facilitate planning, and handle multiple tasks. - Build confidence with customers by meeting the deliverables in time with quality. - Proactively ask for and offer help.,
