SAP Audit Analyst

As an SAP Audit Analyst at Kosar Infotech, you will play a proactive and detail-oriented role in supporting internal audits across SAP landscapes. Your responsibilities will include reviewing user access, system configurations, change management processes, and identifying control gaps within SAP systems. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct audits on SAP modules (e.g., FI, MM, SD, HCM) to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations. - Evaluate user access controls, segregation of duties (SoD), and role management in SAP. - Support internal and external audits by providing required system documentation and data extracts. - Identify weaknesses or gaps in SAP system controls and assist in recommending corrective actions. - Review SAP change management processes to ensure proper authorization and traceability. - Prepare audit reports and assist in tracking remediation activities with relevant stakeholders. - Collaborate with IT security, functional teams, and business users to ensure SAP compliance and audit readiness. Required Skills: - 6-8 years of experience in SAP security, GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance), or SAP internal auditing. - Good understanding of SAP system architecture, user roles, and authorizations. - Knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., SOX, COBIT, ISO). - Familiarity with SAP GRC Access Control, Audit Log, and Security Tables. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. Nice to Have: - Experience in working with SAP S/4HANA or SAP GRC tools. - Knowledge of data privacy and regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR). - Certification in SAP Security or IT audit (e.g., CISA, SAP Certified Application Associate).
