SAP Architect

Responsibilities:

• T he Scrum Master ensures adherence to SAFe principles and Agile practices to deliver effective results.
  
• Facilitate the Sprint planning & work closely with Stream lead/ PO.
  
• Support the execution of the Sprints
  
• F acilitate Scrum team events
  
• S erve the Product Owner in different ways :
  

  - Help find techniques for effective
  Product Goal definition and Product Backlog management;
  
  

  - Help the Scrum Team understand the need
  for clear and concise Product Backlog items;
  
  

  - Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as
  requested or needed.
  
  

  
  

  Improving flow and build a high performing team:
  

  • Coach
    the team members in self-management
    
    
  • Help
    the Scrum Team focus on creating high-value Increments that meet the Definitionof Done
    
    
  • Remove
    impediments to the Scrum Teamprogress
    
    
    
    Requirements

    Requirements:
    

    • Minimum
      6+ years of experience in the Scrum Master role for a software development team operating with in a SAFe environment.
      
      
    • Involved
      in applying Scrum principles, practices and theory
      
      
    • Project
      Management exp and release management exp is nice to have.
      
      
    • Experience
      as a Team Leader and coaching, training, or developing teams
      
      
    • Experience
      communicating technical information to a non-technical audience
      
      
    • Hands
      on exp in using Tools like Jira/Miro/Confluence etc.
      
      
    • Hand ecommerce Domain exp and Java/SASS based Package implementation exp will be a plus
