SAP Architect

As a highly skilled SAP Architect, you will lead SAP HANA and cloud migration projects, working with a team of SAP professionals and clients to deliver high-quality solutions. Your responsibilities include: - Leading and managing SAP professionals, providing mentorship and guidance. - Overseeing SAP HANA and cloud migration projects to ensure timely and within-budget delivery. - Collaborating with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions. - Building and maintaining strong client relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact. - Driving innovation and improvements within the SAP practice. - Establishing best practices and methodologies for SAP delivery. - Recruiting, training, and developing a high-performing SAP team. - Managing budgeting, staffing, and project allocation for the practice. - Aligning practice goals with business objectives and engaging with stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. - 15+ years of experience in SAP HANA, SAP HANA Cloud, and SAP migration projects. - Strong experience with MM, PP, SD, Asset Management, and Finance (AP/AR/GL) modules. - Proven leadership and client-facing skills. - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. - Strong project management expertise. - Experience with Azure Cloud and cloud migrations. Preferred skills for this role: - SAP certification(s) in relevant modules. - Experience with other cloud platforms and technologies. - Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.,
