7+ years of hands-on experience with SAP ABAP, with at least 4 years focused on HR modules.
- Expertise in custom reports, interfaces, enhancements (User Exits/BADIs), and forms (SMARTFORMS/Adobe). - Advanced knowledge of HR infotypes, schemas, rules, and integration with Time & Payroll modules. - Strong understanding of SAP HCM architecture and legacy-to-modern migration strategies. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a knack for mentoring and technical leadership. - Familiarity with ETL tools and data conversion utilities relevant to SAP and Workday. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience working alongside Workday or SAP SuccessFactors in hybrid HR landscapes. - Exposure to SAP Fiori/UI5 development in HR contexts. - Familiarity with SAP HR Renewal or newer UX technologies. - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent; SAP certification a plus
