Job Description

KPMG India is looking for Assistant Manager - SAP-ABAP RPA to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
Responsible for managing SAP ABAP development projects and automation initiatives using RPA tools to streamline business processes
Ensure robust technical design, coding, and implementation of SAP ABAP programs aligned with business requirements
Coordinate with functional teams to gather specifications, translate them into effective solutions, and oversee enhancements and bug fixes
Drive automation adoption by identifying repetitive tasks suitable for RPA integration, ensuring compliance with IT security and governance policies
Monitor system performance, resolve escalations, and maintain documentation of solutions and workflows
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to implement best practices, deliver projects within timelines, and provide training to junior developers and end users
Continuously assess emerging SAP and RPA technologies to recommend process improvements and optimize operational efficiency
