Job Title:

SAP ABAP Developer

Experience:

5 – 7 Years

Location:

MumbaiWe are looking for an experienced

SAP ABAP Developer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

ABAP development across RICEFW objects

and experience working in large enterprise environments. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining SAP applications and interfaces, while ensuring best practices and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain SAP ABAP programs including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows (RICEFW).
Design and prepare technical specifications based on business requirements and functional specifications.
Perform unit testing, integration testing, and release validation to ensure functionality and quality of deliverables.
Develop and implement SAP interfaces and applications within SAP NetWeaver environments.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and participate in production release and post-go-live activities.
Assist in system upgrades, enhancements, and performance monitoring of ABAP technical objects.
Work with various SAP objects and tools including BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, LSMW, BDCs, and User Exits.
Develop custom SAPScripts, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms as required.
Collaborate with functional teams to define, document, and implement SAP best practices and coding standards.

Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience in SAP ABAP Development (5–7 years).
Proficiency in RICEFW development objects.
Expertise in BAPIs, BADIs, RFCs, IDOCs, LSMW, User Exits, and BDCs.
Strong knowledge of SAPScript, SmartForms, and Adobe Forms.
Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and technical documentation.
Solid understanding of SAP NetWeaver architecture.

Nice To Have Skills

Experience with ABAP on HANA, OData services, or Fiori integration.
Exposure to Agile development methodology.
Knowledge of SAP upgrade or migration projects.
