SAP ABAP Core Fiori

You are a highly skilled and passionate Core ABAP Developer with expertise in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP) and OData services, ideally with exposure to SAP Fiori applications. Your primary responsibility is to translate complex business requirements into clean, scalable, and efficient ABAP code using industry best practices. Experience with Qmates tools and methodologies will be an added advantage. You will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining SAP applications using Core ABAP and Object-Oriented ABAP. Your role also involves designing and implementing OData services to support SAP Fiori apps and other front-end interfaces. Collaboration with functional and technical teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into robust SAP solutions is essential. You will optimize existing programs for better performance, maintainability, and scalability. Participation in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and deployment activities is also expected. Utilizing Qmates tools to ensure quality assurance, efficiency, and adherence to development standards is a key part of your role. Additionally, you will provide support for Fiori UI integration with ABAP back-end systems. Required Skills: - Strong experience in Core ABAP development. - Hands-on experience in Object-Oriented ABAP (OOABAP). - Proficiency in creating and consuming OData services. - Good knowledge of SAP Fiori architecture and integration with ABAP. - Familiarity with Qmates tools or similar development platforms. - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. - Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills. - Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - SAP Certification in ABAP development or relevant modules. - Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments is a plus.
