Role & responsibilities

• Design and deliver

  end-to-end Salesforce training programs

  covering

  Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

  .
• Conduct hands-on workshops on

  Lightning Web Components (LWC)

  ,

  Aura Components

  , and

  Visualforce development

  .
• Train participants on

  Apex programming

  , including triggers, classes, batch jobs, schedulers, and integration techniques (REST/SOAP APIs).
• Provide guidance on

  Salesforce administration

  , including user management, security model, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and workflows.
• Teach

  data migration techniques

  using Data Loader, SOQL, SOSL, and external integration tools.
• Demonstrate best practices in

  Salesforce customization

  custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and approval processes.
• Cover

  Salesforce DevOps

  processes using Azure DevOps, Copado, ANT Migration Tool, and SFDX.
• Mentor on

  CPQ configuration

  including products, bundles, price lists, and O2C processes.
• Provide training on

  integration of Salesforce with external systems

  , including FHIR, HL7, and DocuSign.
• Explain

  testing strategies

  in Salesforceunit testing with Apex test classes, code coverage, and debugging using Salesforce Inspector.
• Share industry best practices for

  performance optimization
