Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Customize and configure Siebel CRM modules based on business requirements
Develop Siebel workflows, scripts, and business services
Integrate Siebel with external systems using EAI, Web Services, and REST APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers
Maintain documentation for technical designs and configurations

Required Skills & Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Siebel CRM development
Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting, and Workflow
Experience with Siebel EAI, Web Services (SOAP/REST), and Integration Objects
Familiarity with Siebel Open UI is a plus
