Salesforce Technical Architect- B2B Commerce

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with client stakeholders to define requirements, deliverables, and manage expectations. Your responsibilities will include: - Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform - Leading technical design sessions and documenting solutions that align with client objectives, identifying gaps and proposing improvements - Providing oversight and governance for Salesforce projects, ensuring quality and adherence to coding standards - Managing the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration within Salesforce implementations - Maintaining a target billable utilization rate aligned with your role - Demonstrating the ability to understand projects deeply and troubleshoot issues effectively - Participating in pre-sales activities like discovery sessions and Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development when required - Collaborating with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations - Traveling to client sites for projects, estimated at 50-75% of your time To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements: - Possess a degree or equivalent proven experience; evaluation based on core proficiencies relevant to the role - Have 9-14 years of CRM experience with at least 6 years specifically on the Salesforce platform - Demonstrate expertise in the Salesforce product suite, including B2B commerce, Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds - Understand B2B sales processes, customer journeys, and e-commerce best practices - Familiarity with data integration tools and experience in integrating Salesforce with various business systems - Knowledge of B2B Commerce Einstein Features & Capabilities, B2B Commerce Extensions framework, and B2B Commerce APIs - Proficiency in systems architecture design, scalability, performance optimization, and key design patterns - Experience with data sharing, platform authentication patterns, environment management, release management, and deployment methodologies - Strong background in developing large web-based systems or complete software product lifecycle exposure - Hold active Salesforce certifications or demonstrate the ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire,
