Role Overview: You are a highly skilled Software Development Lead with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC). Your role involves leading software development initiatives, overseeing end-to-end implementation, and ensuring project deliverables align with client requirements. Additionally, you will guide and mentor your team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and make key technical decisions to drive project success. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring high performance and accountability. - Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to organization-wide strategic discussions. - Collaborate with multiple teams to influence and contribute to key project decisions. - Provide effective solutions to complex technical problems within and across teams. - Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance technical capabilities of the team. - Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards. - Mentor and support team members to foster growth and knowledge advancement. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud. - Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Solid understanding of software development methodologies. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration with other platforms. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Familiarity with Agile project management practices. Additional Details: This position is based at the Bengaluru office. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant Salesforce Service Cloud experience. A 15 years full-time education is mandatory.,
