Job Description

As a seasoned application developer on Service Cloud with over 5 years of experience, you possess a deep understanding of Agile Development methodologies. Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to effectively collaborate within a team environment. Your familiarity with Accountability, attention to detail, and proactive approach allow you to excel in your role. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or possessing equivalent education and work experience, you are well-equipped to tackle the challenges in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Jenkins, and Salesforce APIs are your bread and butter. - Utilize your Service Cloud skills in Case Management, Email2Case, Web2Case, Web Chat, and APIs with custom-built portals, and demonstrate proficiency in deploying using Flosum. **Qualifications Required:** - Advanced-Level Proficiency in Lightning web component (LWC), Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Salesforce SOQL, Configuring Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce: Service Cloud. - Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML5, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs. - Demonstrated troubleshooting skills. - Intermediate-Level Proficiency in Salesforce Dataloader, Reports & Dashboards, Einstein analytical studio, Salesforce Administration, Deployment, Security Profiles, Permission Sets. - Possession of Salesforce Developer I Certification is recommended. In addition, your expertise in Salesforce will be invaluable as you contribute to the growth and success of the company.,
