Job Description

Ciklum is currently seeking a Salesforce QA Engineer to be a part of our team in India. As a Salesforce QA Engineer at Ciklum, you will join a cross-functional development team dedicated to engineering the experiences of the future. Your responsibilities will include: - Test Planning and Design: Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements Identify and document test data requirements - Testing Execution: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure all components function correctly Perform regression testing to verify new features do not impact existing functionality Execute performance and security testing to uphold quality standards - Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects using a defect management tool Collaborate with developers to resolve issues in a timely manner Retest resolved defects to ensure effectiveness and prevent new issues - User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Support UAT by setting up test environments and coordinating with stakeholders Facilitate UAT sessions and gather feedback from end-users - Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, cases, and execution reports Contribute to the creation of user guides and training materials - Continuous Improvement: Participate in project retrospectives and process improvement initiatives Stay informed about the latest QA methodologies and tools Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing - Strong understanding of Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud and related products - Experience with test automation tools and frameworks is beneficial - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills At Ciklum, we prioritize your mental and physical well-being by offering comprehensive company-paid medical insurance and financial/legal consultation.
