Competencies:
Bachelors degree or equivalent level of industry experience in a technical role, developing deep expertise in Salesforce technologies. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation within Salesforce, and marketing automation strategies.Proficiency in configuration and customizations within the Salesforce platforms Experience with data analysis and A/B testing, including interpretation of metrics.Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, features and governor limitsStrong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patternsStrong understanding of relational database concepts and designsExperience working with VisualForce pages, Lightning, Apex programming Experience working with integrating 3rd party systems with Salesforce and various web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Javascript, JS frameworks like Angular, Bootstrap) preferredExperience using SOAP, REST and other communication protocols and mechanismsExperience in Agile development preferred
