Role Overview

As a Salesforce Developer with Marketing Cloud expertise, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and CRM. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized campaigns, automate customer journeys, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Cloud Development:

- Design and implement Journey Builder workflows, Email Studio campaigns, and Automation Studio processes. - Develop dynamic content using AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS. - Manage data extensions, audience segmentation, and subscriber lifecycle. - Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM using Marketing Cloud Connect and APIs. - Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and KPIs.

Salesforce CRM Integration:

- Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, and process builders to support marketing operations. - Develop Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components for CRM enhancements. - Ensure data synchronization and integrity between CRM and Marketing Cloud.

Technical & Strategic Collaboration:

- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Collaborate with UI/UX, analytics, and data teams to deliver cohesive marketing experiences. - Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in Salesforce ecosystem, with 2+ years in Marketing Cloud. - Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, HTML/CSS. - Experience with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio. - Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs, Marketing Cloud Connect, and integration patterns. - Salesforce certifications preferred: - Marketing Cloud Email Specialist - Marketing Cloud Consultant

- Salesforce Administrator - Platform Developer I
