Salesforce Developer - Digital Solution Consultant Senior Consultant

NTT DATA is looking for a Salesforce Developer - Digital Solution Consultant Senior Consultant to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India. As a part of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced Lightning Web Components (LWC) applications that integrate with Salesforce back-end logic and third-party systems. Your role will involve creating dynamic and highly interactive user interfaces using LWC, Apex, and other Salesforce technologies. You will optimize LWC components for performance and develop solutions leveraging Salesforce APIs, Apex, Platform Events, and Integration Patterns. Additionally, you will lead the development of complex front-end components and workflows to enhance the Salesforce user experience while ensuring best practices in security, scalability, and maintainability for all Salesforce applications. In this role, it is essential to have at least 5 years of experience in Salesforce development, including expertise in LWC, Apex, and Aura components. Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and CSS for front-end development is required. You should have in-depth knowledge of event-driven architecture, Apex classes, and Visualforce, as well as hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Platform Events. The ability to implement complex UI/UX designs with dynamic components and seamless user interactions is also crucial. Moreover, you should have a basic understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) concepts and its role in customer data unification and segmentation. Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud integrations and configurations is an added advantage. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are essential soft skills needed for this role. Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies, mentoring junior developers, and providing technical leadership are also important requirements. Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer I, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, and Salesforce Certified Data Cloud Consultant. Soft skills such as the ability to communicate technical solutions to both developers and non-developer stakeholders, along with a strong grasp of Governor Limits, Salesforce data model, and integration techniques are highly valued for this position.
