As a Sr. Salesforce Consultant specializing in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, you will be an integral part of LogicRain Technologies, a prominent provider of Salesforce consulting and implementation services. In this role, you will play a crucial role in driving successful Salesforce implementations by comprehensively understanding business requirements and translating them into effective solutions tailored to our clients" needs. Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing Sales Cloud & Service Cloud to align with business needs, developing and optimizing workflows, automation, and process builders, integrating Salesforce with third-party applications through APIs and middleware, enhancing Lightning Components, Apex, Triggers, and Flows, troubleshooting system performance for scalability, and actively collaborating with clients to gather requirements and offer customized solutions. To excel in this role, you should be certified in Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, exhibit strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Components, Process Builder, Workflows, and Flows, possess experience in API Integrations & Third-Party Systems, have exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and client interaction abilities.
