Salesforce Architect

As a highly experienced Salesforce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of robust, scalable, and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your deep technical expertise, strong leadership skills, and ability to translate complex business needs into innovative technical solutions will be crucial in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and lead technical teams in making architectural decisions. - Deliver large-scale projects and guide solution design from conception to deployment. - Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions with a focus on data models, security, integrations, and user experience. - Gather business and technical requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. - Design and implement complex system integrations with third-party applications and enterprise systems. - Utilize Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. - Communicate effectively with clients, present ideas confidently, build trusted relationships, and collaborate across business and technical teams. Qualifications Required: - 7+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform with expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce APIs, and integration technologies. - Proven track record of leading technical teams, delivering large-scale projects, and guiding solution design. - Experience in architecting scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions. - Strong ability to gather and translate business and technical requirements into effective solutions. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. - Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Nice To Have: - Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect or System Architect). - Exposure to multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. - Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Salesforce release management best practices. - Awareness of emerging Salesforce technologies such as Einstein, AI/ML integrations, and OmniStudio.
