Job Title : Salesforce Technical Architect

Exp : 12-16 years

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Integrations of Tavant Warranty product on App Exchange with Client different system. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Salesforce best practices and must have a strong background in system architecture, integration, data management and performance tunning. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget. Your responsibilities will include analyzing business requirements, designing scalable architectures, ensuring adherence to Salesforce standards, and providing technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical design sessions to determine solution architecture for Salesforce implementations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Design and implement Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices are followed.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for system architecture and integration flows.

- Provide mentorship and support to development teams throughout the implementation process.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that may arise during project execution.

- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices to provide innovative solutions.

Skills and Tools Required:

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, components, and capabilities.

- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

- Experience with integration technologies such as Salesforce Connect, Middleware (AWS, Informatica), and REST/SOAP APIs.

- Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data migration strategies.

- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in Salesforce security and performance optimization.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management principles.

- Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Technical Architect, Salesforce Architect, or relevant certifications are a plus.

MUST HAVE:

Mandatory skills : Min 12 yrs in Salesforce, Apex, LWC

BE/BTech from IIT, NIT, Top Tier 1 Institutes & tier 1 regional institutes

Candidate MUST be from Unicorn Exp, Top Internet Product, Top Software Product, Top IT Services, MNC, Top Consulting MNC ONLY

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, components, and capabilities.

- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Good Job stability- minimum 2 to 3 years in an organisation.
