Job Description

Design and architect scalable Salesforce solutions by collaborating with stakeholders, providing technical leadership, and ensuring adherence to best practices. Oversee integrations, governance, and documentation while staying current with Salesforce platform updates and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect certification is typically required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.
Design and architect solutions on the Salesforce platform, considering best practices, industry standards, and the organizations needs.
Provide technical leadership to development teams, guiding them through the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
Review code and configuration to ensure adherence to best practices and design principles.
Stay current with the latest Salesforce features and updates, and leverage them to enhance existing solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
Enforce and promote Salesforce development best practices and governance standards.
Ensure compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Salesforce solutions, including architecture diagrams, data models, and technical specifications.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and administrators, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand their needs and address any concerns.
