Sales Operations Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Support the sales team for process improvement, measurement, tracking and analytics relevant to their functional areas.
• Monitoring of Dealer / Distributor visits by field
• Preparation of Analytical Reports like Dealer visits, frequency of visits etc.
• Manpower Efficacy and Productivity measurement by obtaining accurate, real-time visibility of sales team performance.
• Tracking sales performance metrics and providing regular insights to the business / stockholders; define and deliver techniques to improve the sales performance for sales management.
• Comparing individual performances within a sales team and identifying gap for performance enhancement.
• Review of budget v/s actual numbers and to keep track / analyze key metrics including growth, volume, value, productivity. and identify gaps if any and to present before the management with an action plan for respective territory.
• Track performance of Secondary channel partners, specifically dealers, along with planned marketing activities at respective counters.
• Experience in Project Management, Handling Project Sales Data, Lead data will be an added advantage.

Preferred candidate profile

• Prior experience in sales operations or sales coordination is preferred
• Hands-on experience on Adanced Excel.
