Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential leads through calls, emails, and digital platforms
  
• Conduct webinars to present Unified Mentors programs to prospects
  
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to business objectives
  
• Maintain and update a structured sales pipeline with timely follow-ups
  
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and implement new sales strategies
  
• Adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced startup environment
  

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresh graduates or candidates with 01 year of experience are encouraged to apply
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Energetic, confident, and proactive attitude with a results-driven approach
  
• Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with clients
  
• Willingness to work on-site in Gurgaon and manage evolving priorities
