Sales Development Representative

What Youll Do
Conduct outbound prospecting for U.S.-based clients using a blend of calls, LinkedIn outreach,and personalized email campaigns. Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls or demos for the clients sales team. Maintain and update records in CRM and outreach tools. Collaborate with internal growth pods to refine messaging, targeting, and outreach sequences. Participate in client interactions and strategy sessions to understand industries and campaigngoals.

Youll fit right in if you have 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or lead generation (preferably for U.S./U.K. markets). Strong written and verbal English communication. Persistence, adaptability, and an analytical mindset. Experience in SaaS or IT services is a plus, but not mandatory. A self-driven attitude and enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.
