Role & responsibilities

Sales Executive Cold Caller (AI Saas Product – Food and Hospitality)

Title

We’re seeking a hardcore cold-calling Sales Executive to generate pipeline with US restaurants for SnapMenuAI. You will prospect, cold call, qualify, and book meetings for our field sales team and you’ll be capable of running discovery and closing over the phone when needed. Must be metrics-driven with excellent English, phone presence, and persistence.

Role & Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities

  • Prospecting & outreach

    • Build targeted lists by cuisine, order volume, POS environment, delivery mix, and local event density.
    • Execute high-activity cold calling with disciplined cadences (calls, voicemails, emails, LinkedIn).
  • Discovery & qualification

    • Uncover pain in ordering, missed calls, marketing performance, and POS fragmentation.
    • Map current tools and integrations; size the opportunity and confirm buying roles and timelines.
  • Meeting setting & End-to-End Sales Assist

    • Book qualified appointments for field sales; provide crisp notes, call recordings, and context.
    • Join handoffs, stay engaged through demos, and keep momentum to decision.
  • Closing over phone

    • For single-location or simple deals, run demo scripts and close remotely (pilot paid).
  • Pipeline hygiene & reporting

    • Maintain accurate CRM stages, next steps, and forecast hygiene.
    • Beat weekly activity and opportunity creation targets.

Must-have skills

  • Excellent English communication and telephone etiquette; confident, warm, and persistent.
  • High call volume stamina; objection handling; consultative discovery.
  • Strong organization: sequences, note-taking, next-step control.
  • Ownership mindset; coachable; thrives with targets.

xperience

  • 0–3 years outbound B2B sales/cold calling; SaaS experience required/preferred.
  • Nice to have: Restaurant tech, POS/payments, local marketing, or voice/call automation.

KPIs

  • Daily call volume and conversation rate
  • SQLs/qualified meetings booked per week
  • Pipeline created (quantity and value), demo-to-close rate
  • Phone closes and revenue contribution
  • CRM accuracy and cadence adherence

Tools you’ll use

  • Dialer/VoIP, CRM, ZoomInfo, Lead Gen Sites, email/sequence tools, LinkedIn, spreadsheets, and SnapMenuAI demo environment.
