Role Overview

Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound prospecting via
email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and WhatsApp
Research and identify high-potential target accounts
Qualify leads based on
need, fit, timing, and budget
Schedule discovery meetings for the sales leadership team
Maintain accurate CRM activity logs and pipeline updates
Engage and follow up on inbound and campaign-generated leads

Must-Have Skills

5+ years
of SDR/BDR or Inside Sales experience
Excellent
English communication
skills (written and verbal)
Proficiency with
CRMs and outreach tools
Highly driven, organized, coachable, and performance-oriented

Nice-to-Have
