Role Overview

Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)

You’ll be responsible for generating qualified leads, scheduling demos, and building a consistent pipeline for our tech services and products.

commission-only remote role

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify leads through

  LinkedIn, cold outreach, and email automation tools.

• Research prospects, personalise outreach, and nurture leads until demo hand-off.
• Schedule product demos for Crebos’s leadership or product team.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and report daily/weekly activity metrics.
• Share feedback and insights to improve outbound strategy and messaging.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in

  B2B IT / SaaS / digital agency sales

  .
• Proven success with outbound outreach and demo generation.
• Strong written and spoken English; confident communicator.
• Familiar with tools like

  LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or HubSpot.

• Self-driven, disciplined, and motivated purely by performance.
• Comfortable working on a

  commission-only structure

  (high-earning potential).
