Sales Business Development Executive

As a Business Development Executive at our company, you will be responsible for conducting market research, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the field of HR management in Chhattisgarh. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends in HR management. - Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new business, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, presentations, and customized solution proposals. - Travel extensively across Chhattisgarh to meet prospects, conduct demos, and close deals. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while tracking performance metrics. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations to highlight business opportunities and achievements. Qualifications and Requirements: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred. - Willingness to travel extensively across Chhattisgarh; must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques. Essential Skills: - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. - Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building client relationships. - Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and CRM tools. - Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, field-based environment. - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
