Job Description

Core RPA UiPath Expertise

4-6 years of hands-on experience in UiPath development
Strong understanding of
RPA lifecycle
: Development, SIT, UAT, Deployment
Ability to design and build
efficient, maintainable automation workflows

Process Analysis & Documentation

Experience in creating
PDD (Process Definition Document)
and
SDD (Solution Design Document)
Capability to assess
technical and functional feasibility
of automation candidates

Technical Proficiency

Proficient in
VB.NET or C#.NET
Working knowledge of
HTML, SQL, and VBOs
Experience with
Browser, Windows, Surface, Mainframe, SAP, MAPIEx, MS Excel VBO, Web Services automation

Testing & Support

Ability to create and document
test procedures and scenarios
Experience in
UAT support
and post-deployment troubleshooting
Familiarity with
structured change control processes

Stakeholder Collaboration

Experience in working with
process owners and business teams
Ability to understand
as-is processes
and design
to-be automation flows

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with
Blue Prism
Knowledge of
OCR technologies
UiPath Developer or Professional Certification
