We’re Hiring | RPA Developer – UiPath Specialist
📍 Location: Gurugram
💼 Experience: 3+ Years (Minimum 2 Years in UiPath)
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced RPA Developer with a strong UiPath background to design, implement, and optimize automation workflows. This role requires excellent problem-solving skills, hands-on RPA expertise, and the ability to manage multiple portfolios in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
⚙️ Understand current business processes & design automation solutions
🤝 Ensure alignment & communication between all RPA project stakeholders
🔄 Monitor and manage changes during development & testing phases
🧪 Conduct UAT, bug fixes, and maintain process documentation
📊 Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 4.5 years of total experience with at least 3 years in UiPath
✅ Strong programming skills (scripting/coding), SQL & relational databases
✅ Experience in process analysis, design, and implementation
✅ Solid understanding of RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism)
✅ Ability to manage multiple automation projects simultaneously
✅ Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
