Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Perform
RF testing, troubleshooting, and validation
of sub-modules such as TRM, Exciter, Receiver, etc.
Set up and operate RF test equipment
including spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, signal generators, power meters, and related tools.
Develop and maintain
test procedures, documentation, test reports, and change notes
with accuracy and clarity.
Ensure
RF performance compliance
with design and system-level requirements.
Support
EMI/EMC testing
activities and compliance processes.
Collaborate with design and development teams to resolve technical issues during validation.
Contribute to
PCB design reviews
and understand layout considerations for RF circuits.
Utilize
RF simulation tools
such as ADS, CST, and HFSS for validation and optimization of circuit performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors / Master’s degree in Electronics, Communication, or related field.
Strong knowledge of
RF principles, test methodologies, and measurement techniques
.
Experience in handling
RF test equipment
(spectrum/network analyzers, signal generators, etc.).
Familiarity with
EMI/EMC testing procedures
.
Working knowledge of
PCB design and layout
for RF circuits.
Hands-on experience with
RF simulation tools
(ADS, CST, HFSS preferred).
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
