Job Description You will be working as a RF Optimization Engineer (Remote) for NR Switch-N-Radio Services Pvt. Ltd., focusing on optimizing GSM networks. Your responsibilities will include: - Utilizing RF Optimization skills for tuning and troubleshooting GSM networks - Conducting performance analysis and optimization of GSM networks - Implementing solutions to enhance network efficiency - Collaborating with the team to ensure network performance and quality - Troubleshooting network issues effectively To excel in this role, you should possess: - RF Optimization skills with experience in tuning and troubleshooting - Knowledge of GSM network optimization and performance analysis - Understanding of network planning and implementation - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - A Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field - Certifications in network optimization or related areas would be advantageous Please note that this is a full-time on-site position.,
