Resource Manager

NTT DATA is looking for an experienced Resource Manager to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. As a Program Resource Manager, you will be responsible for supporting a global transformation program that involves the replacement of a client's legacy ERP portfolio with SAP S/4 HANA. This is a hands-on lead role that requires working closely with Program Leadership and Internal HR Teams to ensure adequate staffing and resource management for a team of over 250 consultants. Your responsibilities will include providing Resource Capacity Planning, assigning people to program needs based on skills and availability, collaborating with HR for recruitment efforts, and creating reports and dashboards related to resource management. You will also be responsible for coordinating with PMO and Program Managers for resource movements, performance assessments, and retention programs. Key skills required for this role include strong leadership and communication skills, excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, proficiency in Project Management/Program Management, familiarity with data migration methodologies, and experience with AGILE tools such as Jira. Fluency in English is essential for this role. Desirable skills that would be a plus include prior experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Healthcare industries, technical knowledge of Data Migration tools such as SAP BODS Business Objects Data Services, and experience with compliance requirements for Life Sciences industry.
