You will need to be well-versed in the latest advancements in speech recognition technology, including generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and next-generation ASR frameworks. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your expertise to train, fine-tune, and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for optimal accuracy, naturalness, efficiency, and scalability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLM-based features, design and implement software components, conduct testing and validation of LLM-based features, and stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and natural language processing (NLP) technologies. To be successful in this role, you should have demonstrated expertise in creating NLP solutions using Deep Learning techniques, an advanced degree in computer science or related field, proficiency in Python and Deep Learning frameworks like Tensorflow or PyTorch, experience with training and fine-tuning large language models, and excellent problem-solving skills with a collaborative mindset.
