Research Analyst/ Sr. Research Analyst - Due Diligence

Job Description: As a Research Analyst/ Sr. Research Analyst in the Forensic Investigation department at Gurugram, your role will involve working on fraud investigations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and UK Bribery Act (UKBA) related investigations, as well as compliance/sanction reviews in various sectors. You will be responsible for conducting investigations into allegations of kickbacks and other corrupt practices. Additionally, you will be proficiently involved in a wide spectrum of investigations and research assignments across industries such as consumer goods, transportation, energy & utilities, insurance, IT sector, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, and automobile, catering to clients from EMEIA, America, Japan, and Asia Pacific. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct extensive primary and secondary web-based research - Perform due diligence and criminal background check investigations for national and international clients - Prepare different levels of reports based on media research, site visits, compliance research, and databases - Analyze large amounts of data to report critical information - Assess customer profiles and data to ensure normal and expected activity - Apply analytic techniques to complex information sets to make logical recommendations - Exercise good judgment in making decisions or recommendations in case investigations - Document findings in the manual and automated process case management system - Prepare reports to management as required Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Post-graduation in any discipline or equivalent - CA, CFE, MBA graduates are preferred - 2 years of related experience, with a minimum of 1 year conducting research and investigations related to Fraud, Anti-Money Laundering, Customer/Enhanced Due Diligence investigations - Proven ability to analyze large amounts of data Additional Company Details: N/A,
