Job Description

As a Regional Sales Engineer at Dopag India, you play a crucial role as the frontline ambassador for the company. Your work directly contributes to the growth of the organization and strengthens its position as a trusted partner in the automation industry. Your success will not only boost sales but also enhance Dopag India's market presence across the world. Responsibilities: - Be the complete in-charge of assigned regions for business development and service activity. - Maintain regular contact with key accounts to track new requirements and maximize business from key accounts. - Create and deliver compelling presentations and actively engage in prospecting. - Participate actively in market coverage in close contact with all Business Development Managers (BDMs). - Gather all necessary technical input data and ensure it is readily usable by the application engineering team. - Effectively handle the CRM tool for better sales and customer data processing. - Negotiate and finalize all orders with terms and conditions favorable to Dopag India. - Implement strategic sales functionalities for effective year-over-year sales growth. - Own the sales process with delegation and team management to capture the market better and increase sales volume. - Demonstrate excellence in communication, presentation, and computer knowledge with MS Office tools. - Utilize project sales techniques with intercommunications with stakeholders. - Utilize decision-making, problem resolution, and creative thinking skills. - Analyze sales data accurately and forecast based on the sales data. Qualifications: - Strong communication and presentation skills with excellence in PowerPoint and Excel. - Customer relationship management experience. Experience Expectation: - 3-7+ years of experience in selling industrial technological products with knowledge of process automation and industrial rotary equipment. Similar industry experience will be an added advantage. Education: - BE Mechanical/Diploma Mechanical/Mechatronics. Location: - Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Gurgaon. Industry: - Market segments in Automotive, Wind Renewable, Packaging, White Goods industries would be advantageous. Functional Area: - Sales. Positions Open: - 4 positions in total, with one open position in each of the mentioned locations.,
