Job Description

Shelter Mentors Pvt Ltd is looking for a creative and energetic

Female Reels Creator

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about content creation, social media trends, and engaging storytelling. She will be responsible for producing high-quality Instagram and Facebook Reels, showcasing real estate projects, market trends, and client testimonials to attract potential buyers and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Create engaging and high-quality
Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts

Shoot, edit, and publish videos featuring
real estate projects, property insights, and client testimonials

Develop innovative and trendy
video content strategies
to boost brand awareness

Stay updated with the latest
social media trends, effects, and music
to make content more engaging

Collaborate with the
marketing and sales team
to align content with business goals

Write catchy
captions, hashtags, and descriptions
to increase video reach

Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages

Plan and execute
live sessions, Q&As, and behind-the-scenes videos

Requirements:

Female candidate
with a passion for content creation and social media marketing

Experience in
creating Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts
(portfolio preferred)

Strong understanding of
Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube algorithms

Proficiency in video editing apps like
CapCut, InShot, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush

Confident in
on-camera presentation
with good communication skills

Basic knowledge of
real estate trends
(preferred but not mandatory)

Creative mindset with the ability to generate
new ideas and viral content

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
