Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Customer Service
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Provide accurate information to callers and guests.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Administrative Support
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Communication & Coordination
Notify staff of visitor arrivals.
Coordinate with different departments to relay messages or resolve inquiries.
Handle basic customer inquiries and direct complex issues to appropriate personnel.
Record Keeping
Maintain visitor logs, sign-in sheets, and security badges.
Update staff directories and contact lists.
Assist with document preparation (letters, reports, memos).

Required Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.
Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
