React+Next js +Java Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for supporting process delivery by ensuring the daily performance of the Production Specialists, resolving technical escalations, and developing technical capability within the Production Specialists. Key Responsibilities: - Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and troubleshooting of client queries - Manage and resolve technical roadblocks/escalations as per SLA and quality requirements - Timely escalate unresolved issues to TA & SES - Provide product support and resolution to clients by performing question diagnosis and guiding users through step-by-step solutions - Troubleshoot all client queries in a user-friendly, courteous, and professional manner - Offer alternative solutions to clients with the objective of retaining customers and clients business - Organize ideas and effectively communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations - Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers to record feedback and ensure compliance with contract SLAs Qualification Required: - Over 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer - Experience in selected programming languages such as Python and Java/J2EE platform - Experience in UI technologies like React/Next JS - Experience in building REST API - In-depth knowledge of relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB - Experience with Snowflake and Databricks - Experience with Cloud Technologies, Kafka technologies, Azure, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Github, Copilot - Experience in large scale implementation of Open-Source Technologies, Generative AI, Large Language Models, and Chatbot technologies - Strong knowledge of data integration and Data Analytics experience with application enablement - Experience in driving Customer Experience and familiarity with agile development - Experience in Healthcare Clinical Domains Additional Company Details: Wipro Limited (NYSE: WIT, BSE: 507685, NSE: WIPRO) is a leading technology services and consulting company focused on building innovative solutions that address clients" most complex digital transformation needs.
