ReactJS / Next.js Developer

As a ReactJS / Next.js Developer at our company, you will play a crucial role in building and optimizing modern web applications. Your responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining high-performance, responsive user interfaces using ReactJS and Next.js. - Optimizing Next.js projects for performance, including code splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, and initial page load speed. - Working closely with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into high-quality, reusable code using Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap. - Managing application state using Zustand (preferred) or Redux, and integrating with APIs using React Query. - Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for smooth deployments. - Improving technical SEO aspects such as structured data, meta tags, and server-side rendering (SSR). - Using monitoring tools (e.g., Sentry, Lighthouse) to debug and fix issues in ReactJS / Next.js applications. - Collaborating with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality features on time. - Leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Cursor AI, etc.) to automate routine dev tasks, generate boilerplate, debug issues faster, and speed up delivery cycles. The qualifications and skills required for this role include: - 3+ years of experience in frontend development with ReactJS and/or Next.js. - Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Next.js. - Hands-on experience with React Query, Zustand (or any modern state management library). - Good understanding of Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap. - Solid experience in performance optimization of web apps speed, lighthouse scores, bundle size reduction. - Strong knowledge of SEO best practices in web development. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git workflows, and deployment tools (Vercel, Netlify, or similar). - Ability to debug, trace, and resolve issues in production environments. Analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset. - Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Preferred qualifications for this role include prior experience with building web apps for high-traffic or customer-facing platforms, knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR), static site generation (SSG), and Incremental Static Generation (ISR), exposure to web accessibility (a11y) and progressive web apps (PWA), and experience in unit testing / integration testing with tools like Jest, React Testing Library.,
