Mindlytic AI is an AI & Automation Agency building high-impact SaaS products and intelligent agent-based systems for global clients. We work on real-world AI applications – from chatbot systems to SKU intelligence, RAG pipelines, workflow automation, campaign agents, and enterprise dashboards.

We are expanding our core tech team in Surat (onsite) and are looking for a skilled React/Next.js developer who wants to grow fast and work in a product and service driven environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Develop responsive frontend UI using ReactJS / Next.js.
Integrate REST & GraphQL APIs and work closely with backend team.
Convert Figma / design files into pixel-perfect interfaces.
Write clean, reusable & maintainable code with proper component structure.
Optimize components for speed and performance.
Work with real-time data, charts, and automation workflows.
Collaborate with AI engineers to integrate AI-driven features & workflows.
Work in agile sprints and deliver weekly progress updates.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of ReactJS / Next.js
Good understanding of Hooks, Context API, Routing
Experience with Tailwind CSS / Material UI
API integration (Axios / Fetch / React Query)
Git & version control familiarity
Basic understanding of state management (Redux/Zustand) is a PLUS
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Bonus / Preferred Skills

Experience with TypeScript
Knowledge of Deployment (Vercel / AWS / Render)
Basic exposure to AI/Automation tools
Familiarity with LangChain / RAG / Agent UI is a big advantage

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
