ReactJS Developer

We are looking for an experienced Senior React.js Developer with strong UI development skills to lead and build modern, high-performance, and visually appealing web applications. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, UI frameworks, and responsive interface development while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend & UI Development

• Develop scalable, maintainable, and optimized web applications using React.js.
• Create responsive, pixel-perfect UI components based on Figma/Adobe XD/Sketch designs.
• Implement reusable components, animations, and modern UI interactions.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile-friendly designs.

Technical Leadership

• Lead UI development efforts and guide junior developers to follow best practices.
• Participate in architectural decisions, code reviews, and sprint planning.
• Identify UI/UX improvement opportunities and propose new solutions.

Integration & Performance Optimization

• Integrate REST/GraphQL APIs and work closely with backend teams.
• Optimize rendering, bundle size, load time, and state management.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance, UI, and functional issues.

Best Practices & Standards

• Follow clean coding standards, documentation practices, and Git workflow.
• Maintain consistent UI patterns and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Ensure accessibility (A11y) and SEO-friendly development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–8 years of hands-on experience in React.js development.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern ES6+ features.
• Expertise in UI technologies: HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Tailwind, Bootstrap, Material UI.
• Experience with state management libraries: Redux, MobX, Zustand, Recoil, etc.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, UI/UX fundamentals, and component architecture.
• Experience integrating APIs and working with JSON/REST/GraphQL.
• Solid understanding of build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and version control (Git).
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and optimization skills.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering.
• Familiarity with testing tools (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Knowledge of basic backend workflows.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum development.
• Understanding of accessibility and design systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
