Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive audits of transactions performed by the operations team to ensure compliance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable feedback to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
• Develop and maintain audit reports, highlighting key findings, trends, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations leaders and management to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of the operations team to ensure continuous quality enhancement.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to telecom collections.
• Participate in training sessions to educate the operations team on quality standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in quality analysis and transactional audits.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using audit tools and software.
• Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
